Overview
Geography is a highly successful A-level subject at Aston Academy and will develop your independent learning skills
and challenge your thinking. It is also a lot of fun! Geography will give you a greater understanding of people and their
place and influence in the world. It will also provide you with wonderful opportunities to learn outside the classroom,
participating in a range of field trip experiences.

How will it be delivered?
Examinations (80%)
Geographical investigation (20%) - an individual
investigation on a topic of your choice.
Entry requirements
Grade 5 in GCSE Mathematics and either English Language
or English Literature. You do not need to have studied GCSE Geography to study A Level Geography.
