The A level course will provide students with the knowledge, skills and experience required for all forms of music study in further and higher education. Throughout the course, students will study a wide range of musical styles and genres and gain an understanding of the context of music. The course develops skills in composition, performance and critical analysis, and listening skills whilst allowing the students flexibility to pursue their own musical interests.
