Every organisation, no matter how big or how small, experiences similar problems. It needs to make the correct decisions about its present and future activities: organise itself internally so that it is able to achieve its objectives, market its products, motivate its people and manage its finances. All of this must not only be done within the constraints of the organisation but must take into account the political, legal, economic and sociological forces within the UK, the EU and the global market place.
The course is modular. This means it is divided into six smaller units (see below). These are examined in January and June of Y12 and Y13.
