What will you be working towards?
Traineeships in retail, hospitality, warehousing, customer service and business admin will help you improve your employability skills, upskill and refresh your maths and English and give you valuable and high quality work exprience. The Traineeship lasts for around 12 weeks and during that time you will have the opportiunity to gain a recognised employability or sector specific qualification, have practise interviews, improve your CV and be supported with job applications . By doing a Traineeship you will get to understand what's required of you in work and give you the skills and qualities required by employers.

How will it be delivered?
An information session is held before the Traineeship starts, levels of maths and English are assessed to understand what support is required. Information, advice and guidance is carried out to assess suitability for the Traineeship.
16 to 18 years
Unemployed and looking for an apprenticeship / other work
Not qualified above GCSEs/ Level 2
Can commit to full attendance including work placement
