Retail team leaders are a critical support to managers, delivering exceptional customer service and a positive experience to customers. The role is dynamic and in one day can involve a variety of different tasks. Most significantly, retail team leaders guide and coordinate the work of the team to drive sales.

Employers typically require that you have worked in an operational role within the industry to start on this apprenticeship.
After completing this apprenticeship, you may be offered a permanent job role, or you may choose to progress onto a higher level apprenticeship such as the Level 4 Retail Manager apprenticeship.
