Overview

This course is for frontline staff who help adults with care and support to achieve their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible.

An Adult Care Worker may work in a residential or nursing home, domiciliary care, day centre, a person’s own home or some clinical healthcare settings, including Personal Assistants.

The course will help the Adult Care Worker to make a positive difference to service users lives when they are faced with physical, practical, social, emotional or intellectual challenges.
