Red Tape Studios has been a professional recording studios and music industry hub since 1986, delivering qualifications run by music industry professionals. Lessons are in small groups and so pupils have much more time with their tutors.

This course is aimed at people who wish to further their education and go on to degree level studies or wish to have a career within the music industry.  

Ofsted recently designated Red Tape Studios as a grade one (excellent) in inspection.

  • The Music Industry
  • Soundtrack and Sound Design for Film and TV
  • Unlimited Free Studio Time in any one of our 6 spacious professional studios.

How will it be delivered?

The course is assessed by practical course assignments, one for each unit.

Entry requirements

5 A-C Grade GCSE grades including Maths and English. If Maths and English are weak level 2 functional skills can be arranged or resits of the GCSEs in house.
