Course Summary
An information communication technician role can be found in a wide range of organisations, large and small and within public, private and voluntary organisations. The role will include preparing for new or changed services, supporting clients/customers with their systems and completing regular problem-solving tasks.
Course Details
How will it be delivered and assessed?
During your standard you will develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours to ensure your readiness for your End Point Assessment (EPA). To demonstrate your competency, you will complete a portfolio of work, a project and a technical interview.
Entry requirements
You will need to find an employer to employ you as an apprentice.
Individual employers will set the selection criteria for their apprenticeships.
