Course Details

Hospitality and Catering – Entry Level

This course will give you an opportunity to learn about food preparation and to develop your employability skills in a real working environment.

Bakery – Level 1

Learn the foundations of bread, pastry, and cake making.

Catering and Hospitality – Level 1

Get started with the basics of cooking, customer service, and kitchen safety. This will prepare you for work in this industry at an operational level.

Restaurant Food and Drink Service – Level 2

Gain the skills to work confidently in food and drink service settings.

Hospitality and Catering Entry Level - There are no formal entry requirements needed to join, but those in education will be expected to complete their current learning programme.

Bakery Level 1 - 4 GCSEs at grade 2 or above to include English Language

Catering and Hospitality Level 1 - 4 GCSEs at grade 2 or above to include English Language

Restaurant Food and Drink Service Level 2 - 4 GCSEs at grade 3 or above to include English Language
