Course Summary
The New Women’s Football Scholarship is a stepping stone into the Women’s game to improve your skills and ability within the sport. Players will get the opportunity to train for 4 hours per week with a football coach, improve fitness development with personal trainers and compete in tournaments and cross college leagues.
We work with local community clubs in Parkgate FC, Bramley Sunnyside and Brinsworth Whitehill Women to develop a links for players in this new sports academy. Elite players will get the opportunity to trial with the ECFA Women’s team and gain an international cap, with recent success with one of our students being selected for the last two seasons. She now features in the RUFC first team as their main striker.
Additionally the players will be studying academically at TRC alongside the physical development of their football game.
