Course Summary
This course is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours necessary to progress onto the T Level pathway in Education and Early Years. Through a combination of academic study and practical experience, learners will develop key competencies that directly align with the demands of the early years and education sector.

How will it be delivered and assessed?

A variety of assignments,
presentations, and written tasks. These assessments will assess
your theoretical knowledge of early years practices and principles.

Employer-Set Project
(ESP): This is
a supervised project devised by NCFE, where students will apply their knowledge
to a practical task. The project is designed to simulate real-world challenges
faced in the early years sector and contributes significantly to your final
grade.
- Industry Placement (Evidence Log): During your placement, you will keep an evidence log that demonstrates your technical skills and ability to apply your knowledge in a real work environment.
