This course is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours necessary to progress onto the T Level pathway in Education and Early Years. How will it be delivered and assessed?

? A variety of assignments, presentations, and written tasks. These assessments will assess your theoretical knowledge of early years practices and principles.

? Employer-Set Project (ESP): This is a supervised project devised by NCFE, where students will apply their knowledge to a practical task. The project is designed to simulate real-world challenges faced in the early years sector and contributes significantly to your final grade.

  • Industry Placement (Evidence Log): During your placement, you will keep an evidence log that demonstrates your technical skills and ability to apply your knowledge in a real work environment.
